Pennsylvania Bar Institute's 2019 Public Utility Conference

Dr. Mark Newton Lowry, President of PEG Research,spoke on May 31st at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's 2019 Public Utility Conference in Harrisburg. He was a panelist on the topic of Alternative Rate Making: Structure and Design. His focus was on multi-year rate plans and his presentation can be found here . Other panelists spoke on Performance Based Rate Making and Alternative Rate Making in New York. Recent legislation permits a wider range of Altreg options in the Keystone State. Dr. Lowry was an assistant professor of applied economics for several years at the main campus of the Pennsylvania State University.
