Edison Electric Institute PBR Presentation

PEG President Mark Newton Lowry taught the Alternative Regulation segment at the Edison Electric Institute’s 2021 Electric Rates Advanced Course in late July. The course was held virtually this year. In response to the rising interest in performance based regulation, Dr. Lowry’s presentation emphasized recent PBR options and precedents. Speakers from Hawaiian Electric and National Grid discussed their Company’s recent PBR experience.
