EEI Advanced Rates Course in Madison, Wisconsin
Mark Newton Lowry supervised the Regulatory Strategy Workshop at the Edison Electric Institute’s 2019 Electric Rates Advanced Course in Madison and taught the Alternative Regulation segments of the course. In the Workshop, six teams of Rates School participants considered a detailed scenario prepared by Dr. Lowry before developing settlement proposals for a hypothetical rate case. The scenario featured many of the challenges facing electric utilities today.
